Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gloves & Garden Apparel: Due to hygiene concerns, worn gloves and clothing cannot be returned
  • Opened or used gardening products: Any items that have been opened, used, or installed
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Important: Returns without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking. Returns should be sent to:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item unless the exchange is due to our error

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
