We currently ship to most regions globally but are unable to serve a few remote locations and parts of Asia at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product description or price, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance team.

• Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS). Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

• Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn gloves or apparel, opened/used products (e.g., soils, fertilizers, used tools), or personalized items.
• Process: You must contact us first at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Garden Haven Store and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
